INTRODUCTION
The articles in this report deal with the topics of MASS, maritime security, and capacity building.
The first article reports on the first time an autonomous unmanned vessel has sailed in Dutch waters.
The second article explains a recent call from NGOs asking the EU and Italy to end their cooperation with the Libyan Coast Guard following a serious incident that took place in August 2025.
The third article introduces drone-related tools in EASA’s new version of its Innovation Air Mobility Hub.
